Rodman Reservoir Map

Rodman Reservoir is about 18 miles se of Palatka. For those of you who do not caravan with us, here is the map of the area where we will be. If you have 2-way radios, try channels 3, 6, or 9. We will be on which ever one has the best reception and less traffic. Follow the green path to "THE SPOT." Valet parking is available on the side of the road in the shade for a nominal fee. Dress to get wet and be hot. Bring your own sunscreen, bug spray, lounge chairs, etc. Cell phone reception is so-so out there, but may work depending on your service. Cameras are highly recommended! We usually go walking and swimming in Deep Creek, about 6 or 7 miles away on CO Hwy 315 later in the afternoon and some stay to eat at a local restaurant. The JHS will supply drinks in the form of canned sodas and bottled water.
