| Joe Burgess Herping the Caribbean | |||
|
Joe did an encore presentation , amending his slide
show from last year highlighting various herps from around the
Caribbean. As usual, he added bits of humor throughout and even had
a shot of some awesome beach going wildlife! Joe enlightened many of
us who thought that anoles were just plain brown or green lizards that we
take for granted right here in our own backyards. Many of his slides
dazzled us with the brilliant colors that many species exhibited.
These are truely awesome lizards that anyone who can provide adequate
housing (preferably outdoors) might want to consider trying. Joe,
thanks for an outstanding presentation. Also, once again,
congratulations on the "Sailor of the Year" award!
